The Professional Peace Officers Association (PPOA), the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS), Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and Prudential California Realty is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of the killer or killers of Deputy Maria Cecilia Rosa.
