Kitchens
Food Services has seven fully functional kitchens throughout the County of Los Angeles. Three of these kitchens [Men's Central Jail (MCJ), Twin Towers Correctional Facility (TTCF), and the Clinical Treatment Center (CTC)] are located in the downtown area. Our Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF) is located in the city of Lynwood just off of the 105 freeway. Two of our kitchens [Ranch Kitchen (Ranch) and North County Correctional Facility (NCCF)] are located in the northern county area in Castaic up by Magic Mountain theme park. Our facility furthest from downtown Los Angeles is the Mira Loma Detention Facility (MLDF) located in the city of Lancaster.
