Bachelors Degree Requirements |
|||||||||||||
|
A Bachelor's degree, also known as a Baccalaureate degree, is awarded to students who have successfully completed a four year course of studies. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for further graduate studies. Students must complete a total of 120 to 132* units of course work, depending on the course of study. This includes the 60 units of lower division credit received from a community college and 60 units of upper division course work from a major college or university. Note that all lower division courses must be fully accredited and transferable to a four year school. You may take the lower division courses at a four year school, but the tuition is exorbitant compared to a community college. LASD University has established direct relationships with the following colleges and universities offering a selection of bachelor's degrees: |
