The Crescenta Valley station has a Uniformed Reserve Deputy Sheriff program. The Reserve Company at Crescenta Valley station is comprised of approximately 14 individuals from within Los Angeles County. The uniformed reserves are utilized primarily to supplement station functions.

The Uniformed Reserves have the opportunity to assist in a variety of services that the Crescenta Valley Station provides to the public. These areas include the patrolling of the La Crescenta/La Canada areas. Assisting the station Detectives with such things as investigations and serving warrants. Assisting the station Narcotics Detectives with narcotics investigations. These areas are just a few of the many challenging and rewarding things that a Uniformed Reserve Deputy can do.
