Norwalk Station is located in the southeast corner of Los
Angeles County. Norwalk Station serves the cities of Norwalk,
La Mirada, and the unincorporated South Whittier County area
with nearly 220,000 residents in a 24 square mile patrol area.
Service is provided by 206 sworn personnel including a captain,
6 lieutenants, 32 sergeants, and 167 deputies. Additionally,
47 civilian personnel, 10 uniformed reserves, 104 civilian
volunteers, 23 volunteers on patrol, 23 explorers, and 6 volunteer
clergy members are assigned to Norwalk Station.
